RETURNS & REFUNDS

- HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

You have 14 days upon receipt of your order to return or exchange your item(s). Once you open your return request, you have 15 days to send your item(s) back to us.

Please note that:

all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with original tags and/or packaging. Returns won't be accepted to if the security tag is detached. Items returned in non-resalable conditions won’t be eligible for a refund and we will need to send them back to you.
you will need to use an outer packaging to protect the shoe box when returning footwear. Since it is part of the product, any damage to the shoe box may result in the return being refused.

Original shipping costs aren't refundable.

We provide two methods to return your items back to us, you can pick the one you prefer when opening your return request.

Automatic Method: SEND US AND EMAIL AT INFO@COLLECTIVEEFFORT.IT AND WE WILL PROVIDE YOU A UPS SHIPPING LABEL. You will need to pack the items in their original box (or any rigid carton box), stick the shipping label on the box and wait for the courier. You can also use the same documents to drop your parcel off at any UPS points, if you find it more convenient.

If you opt for the Automatic Method, we will deduct return shipping costs from you refund (10€ FOR ITALIAN ORDERS, 20€ FOR EU/UK ORDERS AND 70€ FOR US ORDERS)

You can always check your return shipment using the tracking code available on THE LABEL.

MANUAL METHOD: you will take care of shipping your items back to us, picking the courier and shipping service you prefer - we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Below is our shipping address for returns:

- ARE RETURNS FREE?

No, they’re not, unless otherwise notified.

If you pick THE MANUAL Method to send your items back to us, you will choose the shipping service you prefer.

If you pick our Automatic Method, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.

In both cases:

original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable
any import duties related to your return will be deducted from your refund.

We usually process returns within 2-3 business days upon receipt and you will receive an email update about it. We issue refunds through the same payment method that you used for your order.

PayPal refunds are almost immediate, while credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days before showing up on your account, due to your bank processing time.

If the credit card you used for payment has expired or has been blocked, yet you have a new card issued by the same bank, the refund will still arrive on the account of your new credit card, even though the number is different. If, however, you no longer have an account with the same bank, please contact the bank directly to check the details of the outstanding refund.
